 Biography:

 

Wun-Cheol Jeong received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Kon-Kuk University, Seoul, Korea in 1996, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 1999 and in 2002. In August 2002, Dr. Jeong joined the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, as a Research Assistant Professor.

Since 2005, he has been a Senior Research Engineer at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Korea. His research interests include wireless communications, information theory, ad-hoc networking and signal processing.
